The food is great, very reasonably priced, (most dishes under 10 euros) and you can be in and out in 20 minutes, or spend the whole day and night there chatting.

It is in a fast and noisy area, and the food is simple Italian, a few pizzas, pastas, and a couple of meat dishes. The quality is consistently good, and represents excellent value for money.

Pinocho opens early season, closes late season... unfortunatly it has stopped serving lunch. It was one of the few places that you can get a reasonable lunch in the tourist area of the harbour.

TOMATE

Open all day, every day, TOMATE sits at the bottom of the main Dalt Vila entrance, in the far corner of the newly pedestrianised market square.

LOS PASAJEROS

Los Pasajeros is a quick frantic, friendly, over-filled, fun place to eat. It is frequented by most of the local staff, and 10,000's of Italians. It is probably the worst-kept, best-kept secret, for good value, provincial French food, where the whole menu just about changes every day.

Excellent value for money, great food, but definitely not a 'night out'. You go here because you are hungry (and occasionally skint)
