Gay Granada

Gay Granada

Granada is not a big gay destination in Spain, but it is fighting to be one. With Malaga and Torremolinos and their lush gay scene of more than 40 gay and lesbian venues, at only 1.5 hour drive it is not easy to attract gay travellers.

There is a big university which results in vivid nightlife and many youngsters around. Be prepared to climb a lot as Granada is a very hilly town.

Since recently Granada town hall is doing its best to promote Granada as a gay friendly destination in Spain.
