A tiny Canary island with a surface of approximately 270 football fields is for sale. The island Montaña Clara, at north of Isla Graciosa, close to the more known Lanzarote, is yours for 9 million euro. The current owners of this natural protected area decided to sell it after 50 years of ownership as reported by spanish newspaper El País.

Next to the island under the seabed is an extinguished volcano with its crater which provides perfect possibilities to moor Márquez with boats.

There is of course ban news too. At this moment the only house on the island is a hut of 25 square meters and local authorities will not allow any new buildings on the island.
